Session Fees

I offer individual therapy sessions at a rate of $150 per 60-minute session.

Cost of EMDR Intensive

Half day session (4 hours): $600

Full day session (6 hours): $900

Consultation required: $0 

***insurance companies do not typically cover the cost of an intensive, but I am happy to provide a superbill if you would like to submit for out of network benefits***

 Out-of-Network & Superbills

If I’m not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate

If you're uninsured or paying out-of-pocket, you're entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. This is a written estimate of the total expected cost of your services.

You have the right to receive this estimate before you begin therapy. It will include:

• The cost per session

• How many sessions you might need

• Any additional fees (like missed appointments)
